Ownership & Sharing

  • IME Network owns the final produced and published content, including edited episodes, graphics, and promotional materials.
  • Participants retain ownership of their original submissions.
  • Participants may share published content with attribution.
  • Participants may not sell, license, or misrepresent the content as their own production.

AI & Technical Tools

We may use AI-assisted or third-party tools for transcription, editing, formatting, or production support.
We do not guarantee perfection and are not liable for errors, misinterpretations, or technical limitations related to these tools.

No Guarantees

Participation does not guarantee exposure, growth, revenue, or specific outcomes. All content is provided “as is.”

Technical Limitations

We are not responsible for delays, outages, platform changes, hosting issues, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

Editorial Control

We reserve the right to edit, delay, decline, remove, or discontinue content at our discretion.

Assumed & Supplemental Agreement

These Terms apply in addition to any written agreements signed separately and serve as an assumed agreement for all site use and participation.
